My name is Shannon and I have been training dogs for a little over seven years now. I have worked with every kind of breed there is. I also worked for the Houston SPCA, where I took three animal behavior courses, and I have experience with every kind of behavior issue. So far, I have not met a dog that I cannot train. I have done private training sessions and group classes, so if there are multiple dogs in the household, I am comfortable with being able to train them. I started my own business because training dogs is what I love to do. I also happen to understand dogs very well, so that comes in handy in this profession. I did dog training with a major company for two years, but I decided to branch out on my own because I think that convenience is a big factor with owners. If I can come to the owners and their dogs and work around their schedule, the better chance there is that their dog will get the best training available. If your dog has behavior issues, obedience issues, or if you just want your dog to learn something new and exciting, I can help.
I do pet sitting, as well, and I can train your dogs while you are away! I have four years experience as a veterinary technician and I am experienced in emergency situations, so you will know that your animals have the best care possible when you are gone. If anyone is interested in having me pet sit while they are away, email me and we will discuss my rates.
